You will be pleasantly surprised to know that a picture cannot do the justice to seeing how beautiful these products are in person. But if After receiving your item you are not completely happy please email me and let me know how your order could have been improved. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. The moment your order is received it begins processing. Because these items are handmade your payment is processed when your order is received. Most items will be shipped to you directly from my Warehouse in Haiti or Florida. Shipping fees have increased for all items out of Haiti. additional charges may apply.
If an item is out of stock and needs to made again or in stock but not painted additional time will be needed but not usually more than one week. You will be notified. Shipping is calculated automatically by price and size, however on larger heavier items there may be an additional shipping charge but never more than the exact cost. There may be a small handling fee on items of unusual shape or size. You can also return your purchase within 10 days for a full refund (excluding any shipping fees) or exchange your purchase for another.. If returned after 2 weeks a store credit will be given.
